Tips to enhance Brain power: 1. Positive mood can enhance creative problem solving by reducing stress. 2. Increase in confidence and motivation can enhance intellectual performance. 3. Try to do new things or cultivate new hobbies like learning a new language etc. Brain works hard when you do new things. 4. Focussing on a task can enhance the brain capacity. Concentration is the key. 5. Regular physical exercise can help to enhance memory in older people. 6. Meditation enhances mental agility and attention. Please do meditation and yoga regularly. Note: Brain is the laziest organ in the body. It always wants to take rest by diverting your attention from the core task. But, it helps you to do wonders if you can master it just like sages and scientists. Suggestions for students: 1. You should read with concentration. Attention is important. No diversions. 2. You should read with a positive frame of mind. Negative mindset increases stress and reduces brain power. 3.
